MIZKAN VINEGAR



TENJIN GOHAN 基本のふわとろ甘酢天津飯 


Let's make Tenjin Gohan using #MIZKAN Japan Su (Vinegar)


You will need


Eggs x4

Filament Stick x4


Sesame Oil 2x tablespoon


Seasoning Sauce

Water 1/2 Cup

Shoyu 1 tablespoon


Sugar 1 tablespoon


Mizkan Su Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Katakuriko 1 teaspoon


Chicken Boullion 1 teaspoon [Chicken Powder]


 

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix it all together. Place the saucepan on the stove and turn on the heat to medium. Once the sauce is boiling, lower the heat and let it simmer until thickened. The consistency should be similar to maple syrup.

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Shred the pieces from filament stick with your fingers and add it to the egg mixture.

Add half of the sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add half of the eggs mixture into the pan, stirring vigorously. When it's half-cooked, put it on top of rice. Repeat this step twice to make 2 portions.

Top omelette onto cooked rice, and drizzle sauce on top & serve!
